It is reported that the "Plan" proposes that Chongqing aims to continuously gather well-known domestic and foreign enterprises, strengthen and optimize existing enterprises, cultivate a group of specialized, refined, and new "small giants" enterprises, and create a group of leading chain owners in national segmented fields by 2027.
